I am 65 years old, and this is by far the worst customer experience I have ever had in a restaurant. Obviously my food had been ready for quite some time, and no one even after 4 different calls would make sure it was brought out. I opened the box with the hamburger steak and fries, and to call either one of them warm would be giving them a kindness that they did not deserve. It is now after 3:50 with my estimated pick up time of 3:11. Two minutes later my food was finally brought out. The girl that answered the phone said she would check after I told her how upset I was becoming at what had been going on. Another 10 minutes and no food so I called again. I once again hung up and called in again and was told he was giving the curbside server the information. After 10 minutes on hold I hung up and called in again to once again be put on hold for another 10 minutes. After waiting 10 minutes I again called the store to let them know that I had arrived and the person that answered the phone said he was putting me on hold and would check on the order. I arrived at the store at 3:10 and called to let them know that I was there to pick up my order. I placed the order at 2:41 with an estimated pickup time of 3:11.
